The majority of normies agree with, at least when in public, the necessity of actions taken to alleviate suffering. Many normies, in fact, financially support organizations which help people.
However, when a non-normie merely exists within viewing range of some normies or groups of normies, they are mocked and sometimes bullied. For instance, there is a normie in my school who thinks that it is funny to make strange comments towards me which imply that I am a transgender female or am too short to be a male. Can someone explain why normies are like this and also list some personal experiences with normies?

whenever i tell a joke normies stare at me like i am committed a murder
but when normie repeats my joke everyone laughing like nothing happened
Normies rarely laugh at jokes told by us.
