I am not denying the possibly that articles will spark discussions which will increase user activity; I am simply trying to suggest that most articles posted here cannot spark discussion because users are trying to karmafarm by refusing to post anything controversial to ensure that their posts are not downvoted by anyone. I feel that this site is quite redundant, and that, at the very least, discussions should take place in the comment sections of link posts.

Mainchan is just another free speech Reddit clone which will not have a growing userbase unless something unique about the site's culture attracts users from Reddit and 4chan. Most posts linked to articles have no comments while most text and image posts have at least a few comments, which proves the reduction of interactivity when users are linked off-site.
I wish my parents put some sort of filter on my computer when I was a kid because now I am fucked up emotionally and can no longer socialize with others.

The most pessimistic outcome is that humans will be reduced to mere shells of meat which receive dopamine through VR at all times. Since AI takes care of everything, from food production to the generation of sexual content, there will be no need for humans to do anything anymore.
I predict that artificial human relationships through AI robots or virtual reality will become the next thing and will cause people to spend most of their lives wageslaving and living in a utopia by putting headsets on.
AI-Generated video already exists. We have went from GPT-3 to poorly-generated AI images to high-quality photorealistic AI-generated images in 1 year. Imagine what the next few months will bring.
I asked ChatGPT to translate a sentence into Spanish and it just substituted each word in the sentence with its Spanish equivalent. I will try again soon and see if it has improved.

The fact that women refer to people who they think are evil as "incels" shows how they really think about unattractive men. They automatically associate evilness with bad looks and this is why unattractive men are treated worse in society.

He then admires his collection of Funko Pops, which cost him about $10 each(he has 320 of them).
