It's not that the republicans are shifting to the left. Tulsi left the democrats because of what they did to her. They politically slit her throat and jammed an 8 inch knife in her back for the simple reason that she backed Bernie Sanders over queen Hillary back in 2016.
If you get a chance, listen to the Tucker Carlson podcast when he interviewed Tulsi. It's eye opening and will help explain how nasty and vindictive the democrats become when you step out of line and decide to leave the plantation.
