Maybe add some sort of rewards badges or something like that for people who reached (100, 1000, 10000, …) Karma, name them something cool since you are into roman history name them after roman legion hierarchy. Or maybe hire a freelancer marketer.

This is normal, especially for sandbox games like RimWorld.
